How to Edit Order in the Business Manager

Simply edit orders directly from the Cents Business Manager.

To do so, login to the Business Manager and click into the Orders tab on the left hand side.

Click into any active order. Depending on the stage the order is in, you will see different editable fields.

Next, click “Edit” on the right hand side of the part of the order that needs to be edited. Below are a few examples of fields that can be edited in this specific order.

Adjust the value and click “Save.”

All fields in this view can also be seen and edited on the Cents Employee Application

Directly from the edit order screen above, the checkout experience can be done as well. Promos, credits, and all payment options can all be done from this order.

In order to manage an order from this screen, click into the order and then into the three dot menu in the top right corner.

The customers live link will appear within this same window with the option to manage this specific order.
