Simply update a billing plan on a customer's membership plan at any time.
To do so, click into the customer whose plan will be updated.
Next, scroll down to the membership section and click “Manage membership.”
Scroll down to the “Billing” section.
To edit or add a card on file, click into this section and make the relevant changes.
To refund a payment, click into the three dot menu in the bottom right and click “Refund payment.”
Enter in the refund details and click “Refund” to finalize the transaction.
