How to factory reset Sunmi Cloud Printer

Locate the buttons: Find the paper feed button and the pairing button on your Sunmi Cloud Printer.

Press and hold: With the printer turned on, turn the volume up and press and hold the pairing button until hear a prompt saying "please press the paper feed button to reset the printer".

Confirm the reset: Release the pairing button and press the paper feed button.

Wait for confirmation: You will hear "resetting, please wait".
​

Printer restarts: The printer will then automatically restart, indicating that it has been restored to its default factory settings.
