No Order 30 Day Journey Set Up

In this article we will go over the steps to create a Journey where we target customers who have not placed an order in 30 days.

First step will be to go to your Customer section of the business manager, then click on New Group.

Once you select New group a side bar menu will populate where you can set your filters, Simply select Last Order Date is Before the Last 30 Days then hit Apply 1 Filter

After applying filter you can hit Save Group on the next screen and title and save the group “No Order After 30”

Now that we saved the group we can make our way to the Marketing Tab on the left hand side, From this page please click on “Journeys” then “Create”

From here we can start building out the steps and conditions to set up this journey to target customers who have not placed an order in 30 days.

The copy for the messages can be found at the bottom of the article for you to copy and paste and make your own. Feel free to change the cadence if desired that these messages send out but please do not change the conditioning you see below. This is important to not message customers that perhaps placed an order after receiving the first or second message and took action by placing an order.

After saving the Journey you can Activate on the following screen
