Once enabled, you can see your LaundroWorks machine status, turns, and revenue data directly in your Cents Business Manager, on the dashboard and under Machine Reporting.
Before you start
Make sure your location is on Bridge version 4.65 or higher.
If you use advanced processing, we recommend WashLynx. Without it, LaundroWorks machines integrated online can't be selected on a Cents order, which forces duplicate machine entries. WashLynx avoids that.
Getting it turned on
Reach out to Cents Support to enable the LaundroWorks machine data sync for your account. Our team completes the setup on the back end.
Once it's enabled
Your machines pair the first time each one completes a turn (a card tap or full cycle), so they appear gradually as customers use them, not all at once.
To speed it up, run a quick test turn on any machine, then refresh Business Manager after about 5 to 10 minutes.
Once paired, you'll see self-serve turn and revenue data on your dashboard, plus machine-level detail under Machine Reporting.
If a machine still doesn't appear 10 minutes after a turn, contact Support with the machine and the time you ran it and we'll check the logs.
