Now it's time to process a customers order

Step 1. Weight the bags in the order, and weigh each bag. This will help you track the weight of the bag throughout the processing experience to ensure that a customers clothes have not bene lost, and that you are processing the correct bag.

Step 2. After weighing you will arrive at the processing notes where the status of that order has bow been changed to "Processing." You can view order notes, reprint a receipt with order details. You will keep the status of the order as "Processing" until the clothes are folded and put back into bags - at that point processing will be complete.

Step 3. You will keep the status of the order as "Processing" until the clothes are folded and put back into bags - at that point processing will be complete.

Step 4. After the order is marked as complete, you will weight it again for confirmation and place it in the correct location (rack number) to be stored for either when a customer comes in for pickup, or for a driver to bring back to it's origin store.

Step 5. When releasing to the driver, you will review all the orders being taken, and "Release" them to the driver.
