How to View Reports on the Cents Application

Reporting in the Cents Store Application

Learn how you and your employees can pull reports directly from the Cents in-store tablet application.

Cents now gives your employees the ability to pull reports and visualize important details pertaining to orders processed, tasks completed, and more directly on the Cents employee application. Take a look at the steps below to learn how to use this new feature!


*Please note that only data related to the specific location will be included in the report.

  1. Open the Cents Employee Application, and click on the menu icon in the top lefthand corner. Click on "Reports":

  2. Next, select the type of report you wish to pull and define the reporting date range:




  3. See the report on screen:

Here is a breakdown of the types of reports you can pull:

  • Average Order Value - View the average order value for your store, taking into account all over-the-counter sales.

  • Inventory Count - See a breakdown of products available in-store and their current quantities.

  • Location Revenue Report - A breakdown of total revenue collected at the store, broken down by payment method.

  • New Customers - A list of all your new customers, including the date they registered and the value of their first order.

  • Order Details - View all orders and details relating to those orders from your specific location.

  • Promotions Applied - See how many times each promotion has been used and the total discounted value of each promotion.

  • Sales Report - A detailed breakdown of all active and completed product and service sales with all the relevant information pertaining to these orders.

  • Sales by Payment Method - A breakdown of sales by payment method, including only sales that have received payment.

  • Tasks - Review tasks and their completed status with notes and employee tracking.

  • Team - Time Card - Track your team's check in / check out activity.

  • Team Member Totals - Track your team members' total hours, sales, orders processed, and pounds processed.

  • Tips Per Order - Keep track of tips received and team members involved for each order.
