Enabling Remote Assistance on your Sunmi tablet is a straightforward process that will allow our support team to remotely control and assist in resolving any issues. Follow the simple steps below to enable Remote Assistance:
From the Sunmi Home store, locate and open the "Tool" folder.
Look for and select the "Remote Assistance" app.
Toggle the "Unattend" button to the "ON" position by swiping from left to right.
Once the "Unattend" button is in the "ON" position, our support team will be able to remotely access and control your tablet device to assist with troubleshooting.
Please note that enabling Remote Assistance grants our support team temporary access to your tablet device.
