In this article, you will learn how to see inbound messages with Cents Accelerate!
To begin, locate the Cents Accelerate Portal. From here, click into the “Inbox” to view inbound customer text messages.
In the Inbox, you can view all communication with a specific customer over time and easily manage your inbound messages.
Click into the message you wish to view, and see the thread of messages with this customer:
To reply to this customer, simply click the “Respond” button and begin typing your response in the box. Once you have done this, click “Send.”
