In this article, you will learn how to filter customers in the Cents Accelerate Portal. To get started, locate your CRM on the left hand side of the portal.
Next, click into “Show Filters” and you will see the options to sort your customer base by specific metrics, such as:
Total Orders
Last Order Date Range
Address
Zip Code
Tag
Once you enter in the filters you would like to search, you will see a list of the customers that fit that criteria. From here, you can text, email, or tag these customers based on their filters.
