The first step in troubleshooting your CCI Laundry Card is to make sure you are using CCI’s Laundrycard system card and not the Fascard. We do not support the Fascard integration.
Next, please make sure that your CCI store registration within Cents Business Manager is correct.
Make sure your email is in the correct format when you are registering the laundry card.
If the above troubleshooting steps are not working for you, below are a few common issues with solutions that have worked in the past.
Problem: The error message “Request failed with status code 422” is displayed on the Cents tablet.
Solution: The login credentials you are using are missing information. The login needs to be in an email format.
