Once the Referral Program is set up in the Cents Business Manager, customers will now see an option to refer a friend on the Cents Live Link.

Click into the hamburger menu of the Live Link on the left hand side and click “Refer a Friend” to get started.

Here, the business-specific guidelines for the referral program will be shown.

The customer can either copy the promo code or the order link directly from this screen to share with their friend. To apply the promo code, click “Apply promo” in the payment section upon checkout and enter in the code.

The receiving friend will see a similar page, but with their referral guidelines and the option to “Order Now.”

Only new customers will be eligible to order from this referral link.
