Setting up your Sunmi Cloud Printer is straightforward. This guide will take you through the necessary steps to connect your printer using the “CloudPrinterDemo” app.
Connection Options
WiFi Connection (via Bluetooth setup): Use Bluetooth to initially set up a WiFi connection.
Getting Started with the CloudPrinterDemo app
To facilitate the setup process, you will need to download the 'CloudPrinterDemo' app, which is available in the Sunmi App Store. Simply follow the instructions below to download the app. Once it is downloaded, proceed to the next step outlined below:
Connecting Your Printer
Open “CloudPrinterDemo” app
Click on “Add BT Printer”
Click on the “CloudPrinter_xxxx”, this will select the printer, and back to the main screen.
Click on “CONNECT” button (The dark blue/navy button). You will see a toast message saying “Cloud Printer Connect!” (If you receive an error message at first, that's normal. Simply click the CONNECT button again until you see “Cloud Printer Connect!”
Click on “WI-FI Setting”
Here, you will need to long press the pairing button for a 4 seconds until you hear: "device is ready to bind/find". Then release the press on the button.
Click on “START SETUP”. Then click on the Printer you want to set up WIFI
The app will start scanning the network to find all available WIFI. It might take some time to get the list.
Pick the WIFI and enter wifi password
Once confirm, this completes the WIFI setup for Sunmi Cloud Printer
Finalizing your setup
Now you can open the Cents app after a few seconds (so the new WIFI printer can be picked up).
You can go to the Hamburger Menu → Connections to override the default printer if you are on T2s to "ETHERNET/WI-FI CONNECTION"
Go directly to the active orders section, and print receipts to verify the setup..
For T2s Lite, M2 MAX, Samsung tablets, etc. the WIFI printer will be picked up automatically.

How to reset Sunmi Cloud Printer
Printer ON
Hold the pairing button for 15 seconds or so until you hear "press the paper feed button to reset"
Press the paper feed button, it will print out a long paper receipt w/ a bunch of diagnostic stats.
Now the printer is reset to default factory state.
