Starting an employee app session is essential for accessing all the features of the Cents app when sessioning is enabled. Follow these steps to ensure you start your session correctly:

  1. Clock In for Your Shift

    1. Ensure you are clocked into your shift. This is a prerequisite for starting an app session.

  2. Access the Cents App Lock Screen

    1. Once clocked in, navigate to the lock screen of the Cents app. You will notice a lock screen prompting you to enter your credentials.

  3. Enter Your Employee ID

    1. In the designated field, enter your employee ID. Make sure to enter the correct ID to avoid any access issues.

  4. Confirmation

    1. You have now started an app session. You should have access to the home screen and all the app features.

Troubleshooting

If the system does not let you into the home screen, ensure you are clocked into your shift. Being clocked in is necessary for starting an app session.
