How to Change Order Status for delivery Orders in the Business Manager

To mark an order as Ready for Intake or Complete, you can easily do this in the Business Manager.

Start by logging into the Business Manager and locating the delivery order. Keep in mind that delivery orders start with “DS” while service orders start with “S.”

Once you’ve found the correct order, click on the “Pickup and Delivery” option. Depending on the current status of the order, you will see either Pickup Details, Delivery Details, or both.

To mark an order as Ready for Intake:

  • Go to the Pickup Details section.

  • Click the three-dot menu on the right side.

  • Select “Mark as ready for intake.”

This will update the order status to Ready for Intake, allowing you to begin the intake process. This action should be used when an order needs to be processed immediately. Otherwise, when a route is completed in the driver application, all pickup orders on that route will automatically be updated to Ready for Intake.

Note: This functionality is only supported for pickup orders using Own Drivers.

To mark a delivery order as Complete:

  • Go to the Delivery Details section.

  • Click the three-dot menu on the right side.

  • Select “Mark as delivered.”

This will change the status to Complete, which is helpful if a driver using Own Drivers completed the delivery but didn’t mark it as such in the app.

By using these tools, you can easily manage and update the status of delivery orders directly within the Business Manager, ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment.
