From the Cents Employee App on your tablet, you can update the status of pickup and delivery orders right in the Delivery Manifest, marking a pickup as Ready for Intake or a delivery as Delivered without waiting on the driver app.
Before you start
Do this in the Cents Employee App on your store tablet.
These status updates apply to pickup and delivery orders handled by your Own Drivers.
Completing a route in the driver app already moves its orders to Ready for Intake automatically, so use these steps when you need to update an order manually.
Step 1: Open the Delivery Manifest
From the Employee App home screen, tap Active Orders (or the Deliveries tile).
In the Active Orders list, tap Deliveries in the top-right corner.
You'll see all your current and upcoming pickups and deliveries, with the customer name, phone number, address, status, and ETA. Orders are split into Standard and On-Demand, and Own Driver stops are grouped by window and route.
Step 2: Find the order
Use the tabs and filters at the top to narrow the list:
Switch between Standard and On-Demand.
Choose a date and a delivery Window.
Tap the search icon and enter the order number or customer name.
Step 3: Mark a pickup as Ready for Intake
Find the pickup order in the manifest.
Tap the three-dot menu (...) on the right side of that order's row.
Tap Mark as ready for intake.
The order status changes to Ready for Intake so you can start the intake process. Use this only when an order needs to be taken in right away, since completing the route in the driver app moves every order on that route to Ready for Intake automatically. This option is for pickups handled by Own Drivers.
Step 4: Mark a delivery as Delivered
If an Own Driver dropped off an order but didn't mark it complete, you can close it out here.
Find the delivery order in the manifest.
Tap the three-dot menu (...) on the right side of that order's row.
Tap Mark as delivered.
The order status changes to Complete.
Important things to know
These manual updates are for orders handled by your Own Drivers.
Completing a route in the driver app automatically marks its pickups as Ready for Intake, so you usually won't need to do it by hand.
On-Demand (third-party courier) orders update automatically as the courier completes them.
Marking a delivery as delivered closes out the order.
Troubleshooting
I don't see the Deliveries button.
Make sure you're in Active Orders in the Employee App. The button is in the top-right of the list.
The order isn't in the manifest.
Check the date and Window filters at the top, and confirm you're on the right tab (Standard vs On-Demand). You can also search by order number.
I don't see "Mark as ready for intake" or "Mark as delivered."
These options apply to Own Driver pickup and delivery orders. Confirm the order type and its current status.
The manifest won't load or the app freezes.
Close and reopen the Employee App, and make sure it's updated to the latest version.
