Reserve with Google lets customers book laundry services like drop-off or pickup directly from your Google listing. If you're a Cents user, getting set up is quick — just follow the steps below to make sure everything is properly configured.
Step 1: Prepare Your Cents Account
Before Reserve with Google can be enabled, make sure your Cents account is fully set up.
Ensure Your Business Info Matches Google Exactly
Go to Admin Tab > Locations in your Cents Business Manager.
Confirm that your business name, address, and phone number exactly match your Google Business Profile (formatting included).
Ensure Delivery Settings are Enabled and Your Logo is Uploaded
Your logo will appear in your Google booking experience, so be sure to use a high-quality, up-to-date version. Additionally, make sure your delivery settings are properly configured to ensure smooth service. Step 2: Confirm Your Google Business Category
Your business must be categorized correctly in Google to be eligible for Reserve with Google.
Log into your Google Business Profile.
Click the Info tab.
Ensure the primary category is set to Laundromat or Laundry (not “Laundry Service” or any other variation).
Step 3: Request Reserve with Google Activation
Once everything is in place:
Contact Cents Support and request that Reserve with Google be enabled for your location.
Activation and review usually takes a few days once submitted.
Note: If you have have a preexisting scheduling tool built into your Google My Business, it needs removed as it overrides Reserve with Google.
