Overview
The Machine Payout Breakdown Report provides accurate, Payroc-verified payout data by pulling all information directly from the Payroc API.
This report replaces the legacy Machine Payout Breakdown report to ensure 100% alignment with Payroc’s reporting, giving operators confidence in their reconciliation and audit processes.
What to Expect:
✅ Single Source of Truth – All payout and transaction data comes directly from Payroc.
✅ Standardized Fields – Report fields use Payroc’s own terminology.
✅ Time Zone Alignment – No more mismatches due to UTC vs. local time.
✅ Unified Reporting – Both daily ACH deposits and the individual transactions tied to them appear in one consolidated report.
This update resolves previous discrepancies between Cents and Payroc reports, helping operators avoid reconciliation headaches.
Why This Matters
Before this update:
Payout data came from multiple sources (Cents + Payroc), leading to inconsistent results.
Mismatches created confusion and distrust, and in some cases contributed to churn risk.
Operators had to log in to Payroc separately to view transaction-level details.
With this update:
All data comes directly from Payroc’s API.
Operators can reconcile payouts with full transaction visibility.
Confidence in reporting improves, saving time and reducing disputes.
Who Should Use This Report
This report is especially valuable for Cents Connect operators who:
Need precise payout data for reconciliation, auditing, or dispute resolution.
Use Payroc for payment processing.
Want to view transaction-level details tied to each ACH deposit.
Accessing the Report
Available to all Cents Connect users starting the week of August 19.
No enablement required — this report replaces the existing Machine Payout Breakdown Report.
The feature is default ON for all operators.
Key FAQs
Q: Will this report include historical payouts?
A: Only for data available through the Payroc API. Backfilling older data is still under consideration.
Q: How are transaction fees calculated?
A: Fees are shown as (Transaction Amount * 0.04). These are not sourced directly from Payroc.
Q: Does this include other payment processors?
A: No. This report only includes Payroc-sourced data.

Associate specific turns and machines to transactions (use the Machine Turn Details Report to pull this info!)
