When customers get texts
1) When you tap Start
The app sends a text message to all stops on the route letting them know the driver is on the way.
2) When you navigate to a specific stop
When you open a stop and tap Go, the customer receives a text with an ETA for that specific stop.
You can choose your navigation app (example: Google Maps or Waze), and the ETA is based on current traffic.
Contact the customer from the stores can:
Call the customer
Message the customer
Marking stops complete (with photo prompt)
When completing a stop, the app ake a photo** before marking the stop as completed.
Missed pickup flow
Drivers can mark a pickup as Missed.
If the route is still open, the dr d mark it Completed if the situation changes.
Once missed pickup settings take effect as usual.
Live visibility for your team (Business Manager)
Any changes made in the Driver App (stop order, removals, etc.) are visible can see what’s happening if a customer calls in.
