Filtering Customers by Laundroworks Card Data

Updated this week

If your store uses both Cents and Laundroworks, you can now filter your customer list using Laundroworks card data — and save those filtered groups to target with marketing campaigns.

What You Can Filter By

Inside Customers → Filters, you'll see the following Laundroworks-specific attributes:

  • Laundroworks / Not Laundroworks — filter by whether a customer originated in Laundroworks

  • Card Balance — set a minimum and/or maximum laundry card balance (e.g., $10 or more)

  • Last Card Used Date — define a date range for last card usage (e.g., between 1 and 12 months ago)

  • Machine Turns — filter by minimum and/or maximum number of machine turns on the account

  • Total Spend — filter by total spend to target high-value or lapsing customers

You can combine these filters with any existing Cents customer filters to create highly targeted segments.

Requirements

  • Your business must have the Laundroworks Integration enabled by the Cents team. If you don't see these filters, reach out to support.

  • Only customers registered in the Laundroworks system will appear in filtered results — unregistered or walk-in customers are not included.

  • Filtering and saving customer groups is available to all Laundroworks + Cents operators. Sending campaigns to those groups requires Cents Accelerate.

How to Use It

  1. Go to Customers in the Business Manager

  2. Click Filters

  3. Select one or more Laundroworks card attributes

  4. Apply the filter to preview your segment

  5. Save the group with a name to use in a campaign

Frequently Asked Questions

What if a customer has multiple Laundroworks cards?

Filters aggregate across all cards. "Last Card Used" reflects the most recent use; "Card Balance" reflects the combined total.

How current is the card data?

Card data reflects the most recent Laundroworks sync. If your data seems out of date, contact support to trigger a fresh sync.

Do I need Cents Accelerate to use this?

You don't need Accelerate to filter customers or save groups. You do need Accelerate to send marketing campaigns to those groups.

Why are some of my customers not showing up?

Only customers registered on the Laundroworks system will appear when Laundroworks filters are applied. Unregistered customers are not included.
