In this article, you will learn about advanced processing for a networked machine in the Cents Employee Application.

To get started, login to your Cents Employee Application and run through the order building flow. Once your order is in processing, you will now see the processing screen where your attendants can indicate which machines were used for order processing.

To assign a washer to this order, click “Machines” on the wash icon. You will see the option to add an available machine.

You can also add a machine via the QR code on the ride hand side of the machine list.

Once you add the machine or scan the QR code, you will see the current cycle settings. The washer information that displays is the current wash settings that is selected on this machine. This information has been previously set up on the backend of the machine manufacturer’s account. Each machine manufacturer may display different information on this screen.

You can add as many machines as you would like to this specific order.

Click “Enable start” to proceed.

Once the Washer start has been enabled, you will need to physically press Start on the machine for the cycle to begin running. You will see the real-time updates in the Cents Employee Application about the time remaining on all of these machines.

To add a dryer, click into “Machines” in the dryer icon.

You will now see the option to add an available machine.

Once you add the machine or scan the QR code, you will see the current cycle settings. You can add as much time as desired, and proceed by clicking “Enable start.”

Press start on the machine itself to begin the cycle.
