Adding service modifiers to your Cents system is a great means of capturing that extra bit of revenue on your wash and fold orders or charging out the relevant add-ons for your dry cleaning items. To add either a per lb or per unit modifier, take the following steps:
Once in the products and services tab, click into the relevant service you’d like to modify and select ‘choose modifiers’. Please note if you click into a service in the WF category, it will show both per pound modifiers as well as fixed fixed priced modifiers, but only the latter will display for a fixed priced service.
2. To add either type of modifier, click into ‘add new modifier’. Please note that in our current infrastructure, these modifiers will display in the employee app and live link in the order you input them.
3. Select the type of modifier you’d like to add and input the relevant service name and price.
4. Once the modifier has been created, assure you click into the relevant services and check off the modifier so it appropriately populates.
5. All the relevant checked modifiers will show up under the assigned services as seen in the screenshot below. Any modifier that remains unchecked will remain unseen by your attendants and customers.
