How to Change Order Statuses in the Delivery Manifest

In this article, you will learn how to mark pickup orders as “Ready for Intake” and delivery orders as “Complete” in the Delivery Manifest.

To access the delivery manifest, click “Deliveries” in the top right corner of the active orders drawer in the Cents Employee App.

You will now see a list of all your current and upcoming delivery orders and their statuses, broken down by own drivers and on demand.

You can see all relevant information about a pick-up or delivery here – from the customer name and phone number, to the delivery status and ETA. For Own Drivers, these pick-ups and deliveries will be grouped by window/route.

To update the status of a pickup order to “Ready for intake,” click the three dot menu on the right side of the line, and click “Mark as ready for intake.” This will cause the order status to automatically change to “Ready for Intake,” allowing you to move forward with the intake process. This action should only be taken if an order needs to be intaken immediately, as completing a route on the driver application will automatically move all orders on the route to the “Ready for Intake” status. Please note, this functionality is only supported for orders placed for pickup with “Own Drivers.”

If a delivery driver using “Own Drivers” delivered an order but did not mark it as completed, you can also do so in the Delivery Manifest. To update the status of a delivery order to “Complete,” click the three dot menu on the right side of the line, and click “Mark as delivered.” This will cause the order status to automatically change to “Complete,” allowing you to move forward.
