How to Contact Cents Support

Cents Support is here to help with anything related to running your business on Cents, from account and settings questions to orders, payments, and hardware. You can reach us by text, in-app chat, or email, and you can request a phone call whenever you need one.

When you start a chat or text us, our AI support assistant, Fin, will greet you and can answer most common questions right away. If you would rather work with a person, just reply with something like "human" or "talk to a person" and the ai will connect you with a live Cents Support agent.

Cents Support

Hours: Every day, 7:00 AM to 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time.

Option 1: Text us (fastest)

  1. Text 888-302-8809 from any phone.

  2. Include your name, your business name, and a short description of what you need.

  3. Fin will respond first and can often resolve it right away. Reply "human" any time to reach a live agent.

Option 2: Chat with us in the app

From Business Manager:

  1. Log in to Business Manager.

  2. Click the Help icon.

  3. Start a chat and describe your question.

From the Cents Employee App (on your tablet):

  1. Open the Cents Employee App.

  2. Tap the Help icon.

  3. Start a chat and describe your question.

Option 3: Email us

  1. Send an email to [email protected].

  2. Include your business name and as much detail as you can, along with any screenshots.

  3. We will reply by email. If you would like a call, just ask and include your number.

Can I call Cents directly?

We do offer phone support, but we do not have an incoming call line for general support. The quickest way to get a call is to text 888-302-8809 or email [email protected] and ask us to call you. Include a short description of the issue and the best number to reach you, and a specialist will call you back.


Your Account Manager (Customer Success Manager)

Every operator has a dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), also known as your Account Manager. Your CSM is your go-to partner for the bigger picture of your business on Cents.

Reach out to your CSM for:

  • Account-related questions

  • Business growth and strategy

  • Exploring new or existing Cents products and offerings

  • General account planning and optimization

CSM hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time.

Tip: for something time-sensitive or technical, Cents Support (above) is usually the faster option.


LaundroWorks Support

If your store uses LaundroWorks-supported hardware or software, the LaundroWorks team is your best contact for those products, including LaundroWorks VACs, kiosks, and POS card readers, and for LaundroWorks installations.

  • Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, 7 days a week

When you reach out, have your business name, location, and Support ID ready so the team can find you quickly.


Cents Connect Live Hardware Install Support

Installing Cents Connect (Penny card readers) and need help in real time? Call the live installation support line while you are on site.

If you reach voicemail, leave your name, callback number, business name, the installation address, and a brief description of the issue, and a team member will call you back. Outside these hours, you can text 888-302-8809 or email [email protected].

Troubleshooting

  • Texted but haven't heard back? Double-check you texted 888-302-8809 (not an older number) and that the message sent, then reply again with your business name and details.

  • Don't see the Help icon? Make sure you are logged in and your app is updated to the latest version, then reopen it.

  • Emailed but no reply? Check your spam or junk folder for a response, and confirm the address was typed correctly.
