Filtering tasks by archived status is a useful feature that allows you to easily view and manage your tasks. This article will guide you through the steps to filter tasks by archived status.
Navigating to the Filter Button
To begin, navigate to the Admin section of your account. This can be found in the top navigation bar. Once in the Admin section, click on the "Tasks" tab. This will take you to the Tasks page.
Locating the Filter Button
On the Tasks page, you will see a button labeled "Filter" in the top right corner. Click on this button to open the filter options.
Using the Filter Button
Once the filter options are open, you will see a list of different filters that you can apply to your tasks. One of these options is "Show Archived". Click on this option to filter your tasks by their archived status.
Viewing Archived Tasks
After clicking on the "Show Archived" option, your tasks will be filtered to only show those that have been archived. You can now view and manage these tasks as needed.
Removing the Filter
If you want to remove the filter and view all tasks again, simply click on the "Filter" button and uncheck the "Show Archived" option. This will remove the filter and show all tasks, including both archived and active tasks.
