Archiving a team member is a simple process that can be done through the Admin section of your account. This article will guide you through the steps to archive a team member.
Step 1: Access the Admin Section
To begin, navigate to the Admin section of your account. This can be found in the top navigation bar.
Step 2: Go to the Team Page
Once you are in the Admin section, click on the "Team" tab. This will take you to the page where you can manage your team members.
Step 3: Select the Team Member to Archive
On the Team page, you will see a list of all your team members. Find the team member you wish to archive and click on their name to select them.
Step 4: Access the 3 Dot Menu
Once you have selected the team member, you will see a 3 dot menu appear next to their name. Click on this menu to access additional options.
Step 5: Archive the Team Member
In the 3 dot menu, you will see an option to "Archive Team Member". Click on this option to begin the archiving process.
Once the team member has been successfully archived, they will no longer appear on the Team page and will be removed from your team.
