When managing your promotions, you may come across inactive promotions that you would like to activate. This can easily be done by toggling on the inactive promotion. Follow the steps below to learn how.
Navigating to the Inactive Promotions Page
To begin, navigate to the Admin page by clicking on the "Admin" tab in the top navigation bar. From there, select "Promotions." This will take you to the Promotions page.
Next, click on the "Promotions" tab again, followed by "View" from the drop-down menu. This will bring you to the View Promotions page.
On the View Promotions page, you will see a toggle at the top of the list, saying "Active" and "Inactive." Simply toggle to the status you are looking for to view the promotion.
