How to Complete a Delivery
Completing a delivery is an important step in the delivery process. It lets the system know that the delivery has been successfully made and allows for the next delivery to be assigned. In this article, we will go over how to complete a delivery.
Step 1: Click into the Stop Details Screen
The first step in completing a delivery is to click into the Stop Details Screen. This screen contains all the information about the delivery, including the recipient's name, address, and any special instructions. To access this screen, click on the stop in your delivery route.
Step 2: Click Complete Delivery
Once you are in the Stop Details Screen, you will see a button labeled "Complete Delivery". Click on this button to mark the delivery as complete. This will update the status of the delivery in the system and allow for the next delivery to be assigned.
It is important to note that once a delivery is marked as complete, it cannot be undone. Make sure that the delivery has been successfully made before clicking on the Complete Delivery button.
