Reset the Printer: Press and hold the Pairing Button (14) for 10 seconds until you hear, "Press the paper feed key to reset the printer."
Press the paper feed button (4). You should hear "Resetter going on," and a receipt should print, which you can discard.
Connect the USB-C cord to the USB-C port on the back of the printer (11) and connect it directly to the Sunmi device.
Open the Cents Employee App.
The following message should appear: "Allow Cents Employee App to Access Printer Gadget." Press OK.
Confirm that the printer is connected by navigating to the 3-line menu > Connections, and confirm that the printer status shows as connected.
If the above steps do not work the first time, try clearing the app data and resetting the printer by following Steps 1 and 2 and trying again.
