If you need to change the number shown in the top left-hand corner of your Penny devices, you can do so by logging on to the business manager: admin.trycents.com
To do so, simply navigate to the device/machine in question in the "Machines" tab and select the device number here:
Change this number to the number that is desired. Note that if you are swapping the numbers of devices, you will not be able to have duplicate machine/device numbers. In this case, simply prepend the number with a "0", and then rename the other machine. Then you can remove the "0".
In the case above, if I were swapping numbers for W-21 and W-22, I would change W-21 to W-022, then change W-22 to W-21, then change W-022 to W-22.
