Take photos on pickup orders placed through the Cents Driver App.
To take a photo on the Driver App, click into the pickup order, scroll down to the “Photo” section and take a picture of the laundry bag.
Once the photo has been taken, click “Complete Pickup.”
To view the photo in the Business Manager, click into “Orders” on the left side of the screen.
Scroll down to the delivery order and click into it.
Next, click into “Pickup & Delivery.” The photo taken on the Driver App will now display here under “Photo” with the date and time of pickup.
View what the customer will see on their Online Ordering Link by clicking into “Manage order” in the three dot menu.
