To view machine status, turns, and performance data from your Laundroworks machines directly in your Cents dashboard, a one-time sync is required. Here's how to get started:
Step 1: Temporarily Add an Offline Machine in Cents
Before requesting a sync:
Go to the Machines tab in Cents Business Manager and manually add an offline machine (any placeholder machine will do).
Under Location Settings, make sure Advanced Processing is enabled.
Note: This machine is only needed to initiate the sync. You can safely remove it once the sync is complete and your real machines appear.
Step 2: Request a Sync
To begin syncing your Laundroworks machines with Cents:
Contact our Support Team and provide the location name you’d like to sync.
We'll coordinate with Laundroworks to enable the connection.
Note: Laundroworks processes sync requests every Monday, so be sure to submit your request ahead of time for timely activation.
Step 3: Machine Data Will Appear Automatically
Once syncing is activated:
Your machines will automatically begin to appear in the machine tab.
You’ll be able to view:
Machine status
Machine turns
Heat maps and other performance insights on the dashboard.
Note: Machines will only begin to display data after they’ve completed at least one cycle. If you don’t see machines immediately, check back after usage has begun.
Step 4: Wash-Dry-Fold (WDF) Machine Linking
If you want to associate Laundroworks machines with Wash-Dry-Fold (WDF) orders:
This must be done through the WashLynx app.
Make sure your store is fully set up in WashLynx to enable WDF-machine syncing (contact [email protected] for more information).
