In this article, you will learn how to create an offline machine in the Cents Business Manager.
To get started, login to your Cents Business Manager and click into the “Machines” section under “My Stores.”
To get started, click the “+” icon at the top of the machine list. From here, you will need to assign a machine to a location.
Next, you will choose an offline machine, and continue by selecting the machine type, Washer or Dryer, in the next step.
If you choose a dryer, you will then need to enter in the dryer details such as size, machine model, dryer number, and the base vend price. The base vend price indicates the cost required to initiate a machine cycle. This can be updated on the Cents Employee Application during processing as needed.
Once you enter in the dryer details, you will see the dryer now displayed in your machines list as an offline dryer.
To create an offline washer, you will need to complete the same steps as above but choose washer instead of dryer.
The best way to utilize offline machines is for tracking wash and fold order processing. In order to do so, enable “Advanced Processing” on the location level in the Admin section of the Business Manager.
