In this article, you will learn how to run a machine in the Cents Business Manager.

To get started, login to your Cents Business Manager and click into the “Machines” section under “My Stores.”

You can run a machine for a customer service wash or dry and a technical wash or dry. The difference between these two is the information required to run this machine.

For a wash, you will click into the “Washers” tab and into details. From here, click the same “Run Machine” button.

Next, you will need to choose if this wash is either a “Technical” or “Customer Service” wash.

Once you have chosen the type of wash you would like to run, you will be asked to fill in information regarding the reason you are running the machine. In the example below, you will need to fill in the customer name and notes for a wash.

For technical turns, you will need to fill in the technician name and notes.

Enter in the information and click “Next.”

Now you will see the “Washer Settings” screen.

The washer information that displays is the current wash settings that is selected on this machine. This information has been previously set up on the backend of the machine manufacturer’s account. Each machine manufacturer may display different information on this screen.

Click “Enable Start.” Completing this action will tell the machine that it has been paid for and enables this wash to be started from the machine itself.

Next, to run a dryer, click “Run Machine” from the details tab of the specific machine you want to run. Please note, this functionality will only be visible to machines with the “Available” status.

From here, you will see two options, either “Technical” or “Customer Service.” Choose the reason you are running the machine and proceed by clicking “Next.”

Once you have chosen the type of dry you would like to run, you will be asked to fill in information regarding the reason you are running the machine.

Next, you will be able to add time to this specific dryer. Choose the time you need, and click “Enable Start.”

Enable start does not actually start the machine. Completing this action will tell the machine that it has been paid for and enables this dry to be started from the machine itself.
