In this article, you will learn about recording advanced processing for an offline machine in the Cents Employee Application.
To get started, login to your Cents Employee Application and run through the order building flow. Once your order is in processing, you will now see the processing screen which includes an area for attendants to mark the machines used to process a full service order.
To assign a machine to a wash order, click “Machines” on the wash icon. You will see the option to add a machine.
For an offline machine, the base machine cost can be adjusted per turn from this screen.
Click “Add to order” to update the cost.
To add a dryer, click into “Machines” in the dryer icon.
You will now see the option to add a machine.
For an offline machine, the base machine cost can be adjusted per turn from this screen.
Click “Add to order” to update the cost.
Next, you will need to mark the machine as started. This will enable you to start the order from the machine itself.
Once you have added this machine to this order, you will now see this machine in a list that displays the machine number, status of machine, and information about when it was added to the order.
