To assign a machine to an order via barcode scanner or QR code, click into an active service order.

On the processing screen, click the “Quick start” button.

This will pull up a camera. If a scanner gun is connected, simply scan the machined paired QR code.

Once the barcode associated with a machine has been scanned, it will pull up a specific washer or dryer. Click “Enable start” to assign this machine to an order.

If the machine is available, the following screen will appear:

If the machine is in use, the following screen will appear:

If the machine is a dryer and there is an option to “add time” the following screen will appear:
