The IPP320 with Moneris as the processor is a previous generation payment processing system used in Canada.

PINpad says Alert irruption !!!
This means the PINpad has detected tamper and locked itself out. You'll need to call Moneris and ask for a replacement.
PINpad cannot be initialized
New or replacement pinpads always run the PINpad initialization transaction. If you get the response code 099, then the initialization succeeded. Otherwise, it indicates a problem with the account or the pinpad configuration. Confirm the ECR ID and Merchant ID settings on the VAC board; the must match those configured for the merchant account with Moneris
