Escalations aren’t reaching anyone: Confirm the Default Escalation Number and your Notifications contact info (if Bypass call transfer is on).

Rules aren’t triggering as expected: Simplify the rule wording and avoid overlapping rules (e.g., “manager” and “owner” routes).

SMS links aren’t sending: Confirm Pickup & Delivery is enabled and at least one SMS option (order link / website link) is checked.

Customers say the AI is “guessing”: Add FAQs for the missing question, and include exact details (hours, pricing, policies).
