These route controls work the same in Business Manager Dispatch and the Driver App.
Edit and reorder stops
Open the route
Click Edit
Drag and drop stops to change the order.
Flip a route (reverse order)
Use Flip Route to run the route in reverse.
Add stops to an existing route
Open the route
Click Add Stops
Choose stops from another window (or available stop list) and save.
Optimize route (traffic-aware)
Click Optimize to reorder based on traffic conditions.
Best practice: have the driver optimize right before starting so it reflects current traffic.
