Every route in the Cents Driver App has a start point and an end point. The app uses them to put your stops in the best driving order, so setting them correctly saves time on the road.
Use this if your route starts or ends somewhere other than your usual location, like a different store, or you want the route to finish back at the store.
How to set the start point
Open the route in the Cents Driver App to see the Route Overview screen.
Tap the start point card at the top of the route (or Edit Starting Point).
Choose where the route should start from the list.
Tap Set Start Location. The start point now shows at the top of the route.
How to set the end point
On the Route Overview screen, tap the end point card.
Choose where the route should end from the list.
Tap Save.
Important things to know
Set both points before you start the route. Stops are put in driving order between your start and end points.
The start and end can be the same place, for example a round trip that begins and ends at your store.
To reverse the order of your stops, see How to Flip a Route in the Driver App.
To add, remove, or reorder stops, see How to Edit Route Stops in the Driver App (List View).
Troubleshooting
My stops are in an unexpected order.
Check the start and end points on the Route Overview screen. Stops are ordered based on them, so a wrong start or end point changes the whole route.I can't change the start or end point.
Make sure the route hasn't been started yet. Once a route is live, edit individual stops instead. The location I need isn't in the list.
Text our Support team so we can check the locations set up for your store.
