WorldNet and Payroc are the two payment portals that give you a closer look at your Cents payments. WorldNet is where you can review your card transactions, refunds, and declines from your Cents Connect (Penny) machines. Payroc is where you can see your payouts, chargebacks, and PCI compliance. This article explains how to get your own login for each, and how to sign in once you are set up.
When to use: Reach out for access when you want to review your own payouts and chargebacks (Payroc), or look into specific card transactions, refunds, and declines on your machines (WorldNet). You can request access to one or both.
Before you start: Have your business name ready, and decide who on your team should have the login. We will need their first name, last name, and email. For Payroc, it also helps to have your MID (merchant ID) on hand. If you are not sure what your MID is, no problem, our Support team can look it up for you.
How to get access to WorldNet
WorldNet access is set up by the Cents team. Here is how to request it:
1. Text our Cents Support team at 888-302-8809, or email [email protected], and let us know you would like WorldNet access.
2. Share your business name and the first name, last name, and email of the person who will use the login.
3. We will create your WorldNet user and send over the login details.
4. Once you have them, sign in at the WorldNet portal, and you will be able to view your transactions and refunds.
How to get access to Payroc
Payroc logins are created by Payroc's team at our request, so we will get the ball rolling for you.
1. Contact Cents Support (text 888-302-8809 or email [email protected]) and let us know you would like Payroc access.
2. Share your MID and the first name, last name, and email for the login.
3. We will submit the request to Payroc. Payroc will then email the login and setup instructions to you directly.
4. Once you receive them, sign in at the Payroc portal.
Gotchas and troubleshooting
Not sure which portal you need: WorldNet is for transactions, refunds, and declines on your machines. Payroc is for payouts, chargebacks, and PCI compliance. If you are after deposits or payout details, that is Payroc. If it is about a specific card charge or refund, that is WorldNet. Still unsure? Ask us and we will point you the right way.
You did not get your Payroc email: Check your spam or junk folder for a message from Payroc. If it is not there after a little while, reach back out to Support and we will follow up on the request.
You do not know your MID: That is okay. Our Support team can find it for you, so you do not need it in hand to get started.
You want more than one person to have access: Just send us the name and email for each person, and we will get them set up.
FAQ
Can I create the login myself? No. WorldNet logins are created by the Cents team, and Payroc logins are created by Payroc at our request. Just reach out and we will handle it for you.
How long does Payroc access take? It depends on Payroc's turnaround. If it has been a while with no email, let us know and we will chase it up.
Is there a cost for access? No, there is no charge to view your WorldNet or Payroc portals.
Can more than one team member have access? Yes. Send a name and email for each person who needs a login.
What is a MID? It is your merchant ID, the number that identifies your billing account with the payment processor. If you do not know it, we can look it up for you.
