At Cents, we're here to make your life easier and make sure you're receiving payments processed through your Cents POS system in a timely manner.

To get started, simply follow the instructions below to link your bank account to Cents, and get that money!

Login to admin.trycents.com, and make sure you're in the "Admin" portal using a laptop or desktop computer:

Next, click into the "Payments" tab under Account Settings, and click "Get Started." Once you do so, you'll need to begin the verification process by clicking "Verify Business":

PS - Cents integrates with Stripe to allow you to take online payments. Stripe requires an identification verification in order to confirm that the bank account details you provide match your bank details, so be sure to fill in that information properly.

Stripe's verification portal will open in a new tab on your browser. Please follow the prompts, starting with selecting where your bank account is associated with an individual or company, and click "next" (ensure to select the correct type of business and complete the information to match that of what is filed with Secretary of State if not a sole proprietorship):

Next, fill in the required identification details associated with your bank account. The example below shows the required fields for individual account types:

After clicking Next, you'll see a summary page. Click "Submit":

Return to your admin.trycents.com tab, and refresh your page. You should see a green "Verified" message displayed.

Lastly, insert your bank account details (Routing Number, Account Number) in the bottom section of the page, and click "Submit" once completed:

PS - getting an error that says "Invalid Account Number. Account number must be at least 12 characters long."? Try adding 00 in front of your account number, and click submit.

If your verification process was successful, you'll see the following screen, and you're all set!
