With Multiple Bank Accounts, Cents supports the need to associate stores with different bank accounts to which payouts are deposited. Set-up is easy! By default, all stores are assigned to the business bank account currently associated with your Cents account.
To add another bank account to Cents, click “Connect another bank account” below the connected accounts section. Click “Verify Business” and proceed with the Stripe verification process which will open in a new tab. Pop-up blockers might prevent this window from opening, so be sure to disable pop-up blockers on this site.
Once the Stripe verification is completed, the page will navigate back to Cents so that the account setup can continue.Next, add the routing and account number and click “Connect.”
Both bank accounts should now display on the “Payments” page of Cents. To add the new bank account to an existing location, click “Edit Assigned Locations” in the upper right hand corner.
Cents locations will now display with a dropdown menu, where the bank account associated with a specific location can be changed. Once the relevant location and bank account assignments have been made, click “Save.”
Both bank accounts are now connected to Cents!
Going forward, all online payments can be reconciled in the Cents Online Payment Breakdown report, which includes a new column displaying the bank name associated with each Cents payout.
