Managing Existing (Reschedule) Orders

Manage on behalf of a customer:

To manage an order on behalf of a customer, login to the Cents Business Manager and navigate to the "Stores" section.

Choose an order to manage, for example, a delivery Wash and Fold order. Click "Manage Order" to act on behalf of the customer.

Here in the customer's Live Link, update pickup and delivery addresses, instructions, time slots, laundry preferences, and payment methods. Once the settings have been changed, click "Update Order" to proceed.
