How to Manage and Reschedule an Order for a Customer

If a client needs to make changes to their order—such as rescheduling pickup or delivery, updating instructions, or modifying payment details—you can manage it directly from the Business Manager.

Steps to Reschedule an Order:

1. In the Business Manager, go to Stores.

2. Click into Orders and select the order you’d like to modify.

3. Open the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of the order panel.

4. Click Manage Order.

5. Finally click on Manage, where you can make any necessary adjustments.

This will open the customer’s Live Link, where you can:

• Update pickup and delivery addresses

• Modify pickup and delivery time slots

• Edit laundry preferences and special instructions

• Change or add a payment method

Once all necessary changes are made, click Update Order to save the updates.
