Our system keeps end customers informed about the status of their laundry orders through SMS notifications. Below is a guide to help you understand the messages they may receive and what actions they can take.

Order Notifications

Hover over the message and scroll horizontally to view its full content.

1. Order Submitted

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Order Submitted! Track your order progress here: [Short URL].”
  • Action: Click the link to track the progress of your order.

2. Order Received

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Order Received! Click to review your order, add promos, and more: [Short URL].”
  • Action: Review or modify your order using the provided link.

3. Order Processing

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Order Processing! Click to review your order, add promos, and more: [Short URL].”
  • Action: Monitor the progress or update your order through the link.

4. Ready for Pickup

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Your laundry is ready! Click to view your order and see return options: [Short URL].”
  • Action: Visit the link to confirm pickup details.

5. Order Complete

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Order Complete! Click here: [Short URL] to view the receipt.”
  • Action: View your receipt for order details.

6. Payment Pending

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Your laundry processing is complete but cannot be delivered back to you before payment. Click here [Short URL] to review and pay for your order.”
  • Action: Complete payment to proceed with delivery.


Pickup Notifications

1. Pickup Reminder

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Pickup Reminder - We have you scheduled for pickup tomorrow, [Pickup Date], between [Pickup Window].
  • Action: Prepare your items for pickup.

2. Missed Pickup

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Missed Pickup! Your order was not able to be picked up by the driver. Fees may apply. See order details here: [Short URL].”
  • Action: Review the order details and reschedule if needed.


Delivery Notifications

1. Delivery Reminder

Message: “Laundry Reminder from [Store Name]: Your order will be delivered tomorrow between [Shift]. Click here to review and make changes: [Short URL].
  • Action: Use the link to confirm or adjust delivery details.

2. Delivery Reschedule Needed

Message: “Looks like we missed you. Click here: [Short URL] to reschedule your delivery.”
  • Action: Reschedule your delivery using the link provided.

3. Payment Failed for Delivery

Message: “Laundry Reminder from [Store Name]: Payment Failed. Your order is ready for delivery; however, your card on file failed. Update your payment method: [Short URL].”
  • Action: Update payment details to ensure delivery.

4. Order Not Ready for Scheduled Delivery

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Your order is not ready for your scheduled delivery. We will send you a text when it’s ready and you can schedule your delivery at your convenience.”
  • Action: Wait for further updates to reschedule delivery.


Order Changes and Cancellations

1. Order Canceled

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Order Canceled. View your order or reschedule here: [Short URL].”
  • Action: Use the link to review or reschedule your order.

2. Schedule Changes

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Schedule Change. Your order has been updated. View your order or reschedule here: [Short URL].”
  • Action: Confirm the new schedule or adjust it as needed.

3. Store Closure Impacts

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Due to an upcoming store closure, your order scheduled for pickup on [Pickup Date] has been impacted. View your order or reschedule here: [Short URL].”
  • Action: Reschedule your order based on the updated availability.


Referral Program

1. Referral Credit Opportunity

Message: “Laundry Update from [Store Name]: Order Complete! Share referral code [Referral Code] and earn [Credit Earned] for every person that places an order. They will also get [Credit Given] off their first order!”
  • Action: Share your referral code to earn account credit.


  • Unsubscribe: To stop receiving messages, reply with “STOP.”

  • Resubscribe: To start receiving messages, reply with “START.”
