Unlock more delivery management & flexibility directly from the Business Manager with new rescheduling of order notifications to customers!
Change handling: reschedule notifications allows operators to make updates to delivery windows (days, time, route type, services provided) and manage all conflicting orders accordingly. To make changes to delivery windows, click into the “Locations” section of the Admin tab. From here, locate “Delivery Settings.”
Update the relevant window details as needed and click “Save.”
Next, an “Order conflicts” screen will display all conflicting orders. The conflict will be highlighted in yellow (for example, window start/end time, day of the week, service, pickup time, etc). The operator can choose to cancel the orders, reschedule the orders, or dismiss the conflicts to carry out the orders as originally scheduled by selecting the specific orders and choosing the appropriate call to action below.
To reschedule an order, click on the order of choice and click “Reschedule.”
The reschedule portal will display available windows. Select the new window for this order and click “Update.”
Note, the option to notify customers of these changes will be auto-selected, and a notification will only be sent if a day or time change has been made.
Once updates are confirmed, these orders will be updated and rescheduled accordingly.
To dismiss these conflicts and proceed without rescheduling, click “Dismiss Conflicts.”
Confirm this choice by clicking “Dismiss Conflicts” again on the popup.
To ignore conflicts and proceed, click “Cancel.”
