Troubleshooting Connection:

  • The Wi-Fi for POS must be the same being used to connect the printer via Ethernet

    • Common issues include:

      • The Ethernet connection isn't working

      • The tablet is connected to one Wi-Fi network, and the printer is connect to a different network (via Ethernet)

      • The Cents Employee App is outdated
