Troubleshooting Connection:
The Wi-Fi for POS must be the same being used to connect the printer via Ethernet to the router.
Connect the Ethernet cord to the port on the printer, then plug the other end into one of the available ports on the router.
Garment tag printer → router (via Ethernet).
Common issues include:
The Ethernet connection isn't working
The tablet is connected to one Wi-Fi network, and the printer is connect to a different network (via Ethernet)
The Cents Employee App is outdated
Factory settings reset:
With the printer off, hold down the paper feed button on the front.
While still holding the button, turn on the printer and keep holding it for ~5 seconds, or until it starts printing some info.
Once it finishes printing, the reset is complete.
Then clear the Cents Employee App storage from the device settings, reopen the App, go to Connections, and check the connection status of the printer.
