We have created a brand new integration with the Zebra GK420D sticker/label printer! This exciting feature offers an easy way to quickly identify orders. The following information will print on the ticket:

  • Customer Name

  • Order Number

  • Number of Bags (B)

  • Number of Hanging Packages (H)

Now let's learn how to set it up!

  1. Place the sticker paper into the Zebra GK420d sticker printer in the orientation you see below

    1. NOTE: You can move the blue brackets in and out to fit the roll of stickers

  2. Plug in the power source to the back of the sticker printer

  3. Power on your sticker printer by flipping the switch on the back of the printer

  4. Plug in the USB cable to the back of the sticker printer with the USB-B side

  5. The other end of the USB cable plugs into the side of the Sunmi, or into one of the USB ports on the back of the device

  6. Go to the Cents app and tap the main menu icon in the upper-left hand corner to reveal the main menu, and select "Connections"

  7. Enable on the "Use ZEBRA printer" toggle button by tapping it

  8. That will trigger this pop-up to appear, and you'll need to tap "OK"

  9. The blue-dot indicator will now show that your sticker printer is connected

  10. Two stickers will be fed through the sticker printer automatically, in order to calibrate it

  11. Your sticker printer is now ready for use

  12. NOTE: The access-request pop-up in step 8 above, and the two stickers that feed through after tapping "OK" on it, will occur each time after restarting the sticker printer
