Once you have sent the invoice, your customer will receive an email in their inbox from your laundromat name with the subject line “New invoice INV-XXX from Laundromat Name.”

When they click into the email, they will see a breakdown of their invoice, with the option to “View and pay now.”

Once they click in, they will enter their credit card information and click “Pay.”

Once they pay for the order, they should receive an email like the below:
