Delivery Pricing Tiers give you the flexibility to define and segment pricing for in-store (retail) vs. delivery services, ensuring that your delivery customers will only ever see delivery pricing, and your in-store customers will only ever see in-store pricing.

Delivery tiers even give you the ability to create distance-based pricing for your own pick-up and delivery services!

The process is super simple. Take a look at the step-by-step breakdown or video below to learn how to utilize this feature.

  1. Go to the "Products & Services" section of your Cents Business Manger

  2. Click on "Pricing Tiers," and click on the + sign to create a new Delivery Tier

3. Name your pricing tier. Remember, you can define pricing as a general delivery price (to differentiate the cost vs. retail pricing) or you can create pricing for specific zip codes or distance away from your laundromat. Click "Next."

4. Next, choose to create pricing for this Delivery tier using existing retail pricing as your starting point, or, start from scratch for a fresh start! If you choose to create pricing from existing pricing, you will then need to select a location or existing pricing tier as your starting point:

5. Once you select your starting point, go ahead and define the pricing for your Delivery pricing tier. Remember that your pick-up and delivery customers will ONLY see products and services you define as available to them, at the price points you input. Choose wisely!

6. Once you establish your pricing, you will need to associate this pricing with a specific location, and, if desired, a specific delivery zone within that location. Take a look at the full video below for a detailed walkthrough!
